How can we eliminate racism at the work place?

 A well know fact is, that racism starts at home, but how can we stop it from spilling over into government and business? The most important step starts at education. Providing education to the poor comminutes is vital to stop racism. Education can provide young minds with the tools they need to improve their future life style and provide them with the knowledge on how to serve their country and themselves better. Education is also imported for older people since it can help them to improve their income at home. All children should have to right to learn and should not pay for the fact that they were born into a poor family or pay for their parents mistakes. Education should be free and easily accessible to all. Knowledge is power after all.
How can we stop the colour of your skin or the nationality of your parents preventing you from getting a job and stopping you from reaching your goals? Apartheid, Afirmitive action and Black Economic Empowerment is not the answer since they are all racially motivated. Apartheid, Afirmitive action and Black Economic Empowerment systems is designed to control races. A possible answer could be a law enforced equality system.
What is a equality system? A equality system is a basic law enforced grading system. In other words before a company can employ a employee they would have to proof that they have employed the best person for the position but submitting a standard form to the government as prove. This will also give job seekers the opportunity to take companies whom employ people according to race to justice.
