Tests have revealed that if a planet that contains life explodes; it will infect other planets with bacteria. Under the rite conditions and over time the bacteria will develop in a similar way it has over billions of years on earth.
How does a planet infect other planets? Bacteria that live in rocks can survive high temperature and the vacuum of space. Ones a planet is destroyed pieces of rocks will be scattered over space. Over time these rock will be pulled in by the gravity fleet of other planets, infecting these planets with life.
Everything in the cosmos works in a cycle. From energy to matter, from sun to black hole or neutron star (both forms have the same role in the cosmos and that is to create new matter from energy.) From rain to the sea, earth to human; matter to energy, black hole and neutron star to sun, sea to rain, and human to earth. Their are many examples but I think you get the idea.
The life cycle works in the same way, from life less planet, to infected planet, to evolution, to destruction.
The big question is, are there any intelligent life out there? We know there is life out there but the only way we would ever know if there is any intelligent life out there is when we leave earth and look for them or if they find us. The problem with waiting to be discovered is; that our governments will not allow us to know due to safety concerns. We may have been discovered years ago but the aliens chose not to reveal themselves to us. If they did in our early history, we might have seen them as gods and today we see it as ancient myths.
