There are a few things you can do which will slow down the aging process and improve you quality of life and life expectancy.
1) As you age your muscle tissue becomes weaker, stiff and less dense. This can be prevented by doing aerobic, cardio or strength training for 10 minutes everyday and by doing stretch or yoga exercise for 5 minutes everyday.
2) As you age your bones becomes weaker and can lead to you shrinking. This can be prevented by taking a calcium and magnesium supplement everyday. It has also been proven in Japan and Ethiopia that a calcium supplement everyday can extent your life expectancy drastically.
3) As you age your blood vessels becomes weaker and its ability to transport nutrients to all your organs becomes affected. This leads to your entire body becoming weaker. 200ml of red wine or 200ml of tomato juice or a mix of 200ml water plus 5ml of lemon juice plus 5ml of vinegar, can prevent this from happening and studies in France has proven that red wine can indeed prolong your life span.
