I know him; he will never do something like that. I can
trust her with my life, she will never steal from me; there must be some kind
of a mistake.
Have you ever heard these phrases or even been
surprised by an unexpected theft by someone that you would have never
suspected. Don't be surprised, there are many factors that can turn the most
honorable people into thefts, this article only covers a few.
The factors that we will discus in the article which can
lead to a good guy to turn bad is the following: The feeling of debt owned,
Supporting a bad habit, Problems at home and Matters of the heart.
The feeling of debt owned.
In some cases, employees may feel that they are underpaid, and/or over worked and/or
do that their superior has stolen or mistreated them. This can lead to an
employee or employees to steal from their place of work because they feel that they are
not stealing but that its due to them. This kind of
mind set can easily make a rite out of something, which are wrong. Just
remember two wrongs have never made a right, and this kind of redemption can
only end badly. This mind set is not just common in work place but also between
friends and colleges.
Supporting a bad habit.
In same cases one may fall short of money and would not have
enough to buy cigarettes, alcohol or other addictive drugs. There is some kind
and trust worthy people that would borrow money from a source, with out asking,
with the intention of paying the money back. In many cases they never have
enough funds to pay the money back and mostly never do. Just remember; stealing
it self can also become a bad habit.
Problems at home.
Financial stress at home can also prompt a person whom is
good at heart, to start stealing. If you needed money to feed your hungry
child, wouldn't you. There are other methods however that could be used like
loans, asking friends and family for support getting a second or better job. Is
not a quick fix method, and can take years to bare fruit, but it's the rite
way.
Matters of the heart.
A loved one can mean the world to you, and
in the name of fear
you will be able to do anything. In some case this can lead to theft. The fear
of losing someone you care about or the fear of not pleasing him or her can
drive some to steal the capital or product needed to please there love one. In
some cases pleasing or spoiling a love one comes before any common sense and
can lead to many broken hearts.
Finale word.
No matter what excuse you use, two wrongs will never make a
rite. There is always more then one way to skin a cat, and no one ever said
that it would be easy to do the rite thing. If the criminal element is taking
over in your business you may what to have a closer look at yourself before you
start pointing fingers.
