How can we eliminate racism?

 A well know fact is, that racism starts at home, but how can we stop it from spilling over into government and business? The most important step starts at education. Providing education to the poor comminutes is vital to stop racism. Education can provide young minds with the tools they need to improve their future life style and provide them with the knowledge on how to serve their country and themselves better. Education is also imported for older people since it can help them to improve their income at home. All children should have to right to learn and should not pay for the fact that they were born into a poor family or pay for their parents mistakes. Education should be free and easily accessible to all. Knowledge is power after all.
How can we stop the collour of your skin or the nationality of your parents preventing you from getting a job and stopping you from reaching your goals? Apartheid and afirmitive action is not the answer since they are both racially motivated. Both systems is designed to control races. A possible answer could be a law enforced equality system.
What is a equality system? A equality system is a basic law enforced grading system. In other words before a company can employ a employee they would have to proof that they have employed the best person for the position but submitting a standard form to the government as prove. This will also give job seekers the opportunity to take companies whom employ people according to race to justice. What does a equality form look like?

The employer must complete a from like the one above and only employer the person with the highest score. The forms must be kept as prove if any disputes of employment is raised. The employer my not employee a applicant with a lower score unless so required by law or is part of a government program (like disable people, ex convicts, and ex army personal). If a employer wishes to employee more then one person he must do so from the highest score downwards.
A employment form like the one above will prevent people from being employed due to colour of their skin and will make it easier to pin point racially motivated companies.

Advertisement can become a costly affair, and in same cases even lead to the end of a business. This however can be avoided by following a few simple rules.
The most imported thing about any advertisement is visibility. If potential customers can't see U advert, you are wasting your time and money. If you place a advert using the printed press or the Internet, it is imported to place a brightly colored ad with at lease one visible phrase or picture that will propped the reader to read your ad. It imported to note that when you place an ad on a page that contains a large amount of information to make the ad in such a way that it will be clearly visible and attract the reader attention away from the other information.
An imported aspect of advertisement, is the believe that your product is the best product around and you must bring that belief over to your customers. If you don't believe in your own product how can you expect others to?
It is imported to target the correct ordinance. There is no use in placing an ad in a car magazine if you are selling poems. Rather go for poetry web sites, posters at the library or ads in magazines' that sells books or that contains poetry.
Adverts must create the desire to purchase the product that it advertises. Adverts that contains humor, sound effects or controversial subject normally attracts a large ordinance, but the ads that brings a element of intrigue normally is the most success full but also very costly.
When placing adverts, do not over spend, keep it with in your budget or you could end up on the wrong side of the stick.
Please remember when creating an ad keep it true and do not create any misconceptions, misleading information or false expectations.

A glimpse of the Future

Part one

Have you every been trapped in an armed robbery, ever wondered what drives these animals?
Cash. This however will not be the case in a future not so far off. Cash my friends are on there way out. A distance memory. The future is a world run by cards and pin numbers. Petty cash cards, personal debit cards, business cards, and so on. Cards created to safe us from armed robbers.
How would this system work?
The idée behind this is simple: to remove the temptation for the average criminal the robbed you place of work or business. By removing cash, which is hard to trace since you don't have to resell anything or need space to store it, with something that is harder to use and easier to trace.
Cards protected by pin numbers is useless with out the pin number, can be traced when it is used, and be stop by your financial provider making it totally useless to any would be thief.
But how would this work in our daily lives?
Lets use a manager of a restaurant as a example.
First off: he needs a debit card to buy food, clothing and pay his personal accounts. Most of us should know how this works. Its simple. He goes to the shop of his choice, take what he needs, and pay viva speed point. They swipe his card. He enters his secret pin number, and receives a slip to sign. The money is automatically transferred from his account to their account. No cash was ever handled.
Secondly: He needs a petty cash card to purchase stock needed for the restaurant on a daily basis. This works in the same way only now his using a card provided by his employer with a limited amount of funds.
Thirdly: Some of his customers would like to buy takeaways, which they would like him to deliver to their place of residence. This will require a portable speed point or the customer can transfer the money viva cell phone banking or Internet transfer using a lab top or home computer.
Last but not lease: How can you sell your own personally property like your car, stereo and so on. Don't worry you don't need a portably speed point unless if you are a street vendor. Here we enter the world of cell phone banking and Internet transfers. All you need to do is give your account number to the potential buyer and the money can easily be transfer to your account viva cell phone or computer. Ones again cutting out the use of cash and the need to carry cash.
This may be a costly world, but it will be a much safe one.
