How could a world war brake out in the near future? This is purely speculation and there are no hard evidence to poof anything in the segment. Our fist candidate for a world war has to be China. The reason for this is because China is a giant on the international stage and if there is any country to can trigger a truly world wide war it would be China. China has in resent years started to upgrade it standing army of 200million with more modern weapons. Most will however argue that China will rather decline going to war because they are only now starting to reap the benefits of wealth. Chinas economy has picked up drastically in the last few years; so much so that many are starting to view China as a world superpower and war will not be in their best interest at this stage. There is one point on which China will not move on and that is there view point on Taiwan and disputed territory with Japan and Taiwan. China have for years considered Taiwan to be a province of China and refuse to accept that Taiwan is a country on its own and not part of China. China has in the past tried to invade Taiwan but has failed. Taiwan is generally supported by the west because unlike China, Taiwan is a democratic state. If China sometime in the future decides to take Taiwan back with force and the west sides with Taiwan, a world war could well be on the charts. North Korea and Vietnam will alley with China and the remainder of the UN will most likely back the west.
Our second candidate for a world war would be Iran. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is currently the president of Iran, but he does not control the Iranian army and he is subject to the Iranian supreme leader Ali Khamenei. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad provoked fear in many christen camps that he could be the antichrist prophesied in the bible when he said that we are living in the end times and that the Islamic prophecies will soon come to fulfillment. There are a few people that believe that Mahmoud Ahmadinejah will even go as far as to provoke a world war only to ensure that the Islamic prophecies do come to fulfillment. The fact is no one really knows and Mahmoud Ahmadinejah is not in control of the Iranian military. This said, at the moment Iran is in a face off with the USA lead UN. This face off started because of the Iranian nuclear program. This is not the first time that the USA and Iran had been facing off. During the Iraq and Iran war, which occur between 1980 and 1988, the USA supplied Iraq with weapons, to help the Iraqis to defeat Iran, but after 8 years of blood shed no victor amerced. At this moment the USA and his alleys have occupied Iraq on the Iranian western border and Afghanistan on the Iranian eastern border. The USA also allied Pakistan whom is also located on the Iranian eastern border. Iran is now totally surrounded by allied forces. Speculates are speculating that Iran is trying to win support from as many anti USA camps as they can find in order to help them if a war should brake out. They even when as far as to speculate that the tough stand the USA have taken against Israel in regards to the Palestinian issue, has only been taken to prevent the Islamic communities from joining the Iranian camp. All of this is only speculation and no proof has ever been found. The Arab uprisings in North Africa and the middle east can also be taken advantage off by people whom what to convert the world to an Islamic state. This possibility will play right into Iran's hands
Our third candidate is North Korea. North Korea has been an enemy of the USA since the Korean War. In the past they enjoyed backing from the USSR, but since its collapse North Korea became depended on China. North Korea has on at least two occasions launch a missile directed to USA soil. Both times the missiles fell far short. Most say this was only to get the USA’s attention so that the USA and North Korea could renegotiate the trade embargo which the USA has imposed on North Korea. Others are of the opinion that they where test launches, and that North Korea is planning on bombing the USA.
Our Fourth candidate is economic collapse, Hitler came to power because Germany was broke and starving people will even follow the devil if he promise them food.
